At the touch of a button, Comcentra Logs compares the pickup photos with the current photos of the same vehicle and suggests possible new damage — each finding with a probability. The member of staff confirms or dismisses on site. Dirt, moisture, light and viewing angle are ignored.

Today the AI provides a probability and the severity per finding. In the near term, further modules will be added: a Risk score (economic/liability significance: severity × position × cost × responsibility period), a traffic-light triage with escalation, and a cost-saving on-device pre-filter — these modules are in development and not yet active in the app.
