The vehicle file

The digital, unbroken vehicle file.

The product is not the individual PDF, but an immutable file per vehicle (VIN) that grows over the entire lifecycle — every event as a chained, court-admissible event.

One history per vehicle

Everything that happens to the vehicle — in one place.

What completes the file

These record types fill the vehicle file.

Each event is its own immutable record (inspection + optional transfer of responsibility). Together they form the unbroken history. Some processes are two-stage (take-over + return/handover with before/after comparison).

Phase 1

1 Procurement & delivery

Intake / initial recordNew-car deliveryUsed-car deliveryTransfer / transport
Phase 2

2 Operation & use

The process type automatically determines the mandatory photos, checklists and whether it is captured in two stages (take-over + return).

Immutable by design

Once created, tamper-proof forever.

Every completed record is sealed with a SHA-256 hash and linked into the vehicle's hash chain. Even the smallest change to text or photo would alter the hash — and be noticed immediately. Signatures with name & time from customer and the person handing over.
